What is DronePeak?
DronePeak is a flight-safety app for drone pilots. It combines live weather, a 0–100 flight safety score, a DJI GeoZone no-fly-zone map, live aircraft tracking, anti-drone signal alerts, DJI flight-log analysis, and a logbook into one app for iOS and Android.
Does DronePeak work with DJI drones?
Yes. DronePeak includes ready-made profiles for the DJI Mavic, Air, Mini, Matrice, and Agras lines, and it integrates DJI FlySafe GEO zones on the airspace map. It also imports and analyses DJI flight records. Autel, Parrot, and Skydio profiles are included too, and you can create a custom profile for any aircraft.
Is DronePeak free?
Yes, DronePeak is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. An optional Premium subscription adds an ad-free experience, longer forecasts, İLTER anti-drone detection, DJI flight-data analysis, and more. Premium is monthly or annual and starts with a 7-day free trial.
Which devices does DronePeak support?
DronePeak runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.1 or later, and on Android phones with Android 7.0 or later.
Where does the no-fly-zone data come from?
The airspace map layers DJI FlySafe GEO zones with data from OpenSky, the FAA temporary flight restriction feed, OpenAIP, and OpenStreetMap. It shows airports, controlled airspace, military and restricted areas, wildfire zones, and national parks. Always confirm against your national aviation authority before flying.
What is İLTER anti-drone detection?
İLTER is DronePeak’s signal-risk feature. It analyses the 2.4 and 5.8 GHz control bands and the GPS L1/L2 frequencies, estimates protocol risk, and warns you when you are near military, government, airport, or prison zones where counter-drone systems are commonly deployed. It is a Premium feature.
Does DronePeak need an internet connection?
Yes for the parts that pull live data — weather, airspace zones, aircraft positions, and community reports all need a connection. Your saved drone profiles and logbook entries remain available offline.
Is my location shared?
Your location is used to fetch weather and airspace data for where you are and, if you turn it on, to power background flight-window alerts. It is not sold or shared with third parties. See the privacy policy for detail.
How do I cancel Premium?
Manage or cancel the subscription from your App Store or Google Play account — the same place you manage every other subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
How do I import a DJI flight record?
Share a DJI .txt flight record to DronePeak from the Files app or your drone’s storage, or open it from within the app. DronePeak decrypts and parses it — including the encrypted v13 and newer format — and shows the route, telemetry, and any warnings. Flight-data analysis is a Premium feature.
What languages does DronePeak support?
The app and this site are fully available in English, Turkish, and Spanish. The app additionally ships German, French, Arabic, Indonesian, and Russian interface translations.
