By accessing or using DronePeak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.

2. Flight safety & responsibility

Important: the pilot in command is solely responsible for the safe operation of the drone. DronePeak provides data for informational purposes only, including weather and no-fly zones.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of map or weather data.
• You must always follow local aviation regulations.
• You are responsible for keeping visual line of sight and avoiding obstacles.

3. User accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so is a breach of these terms.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.
