Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account directly from the app:

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap the menu (•••).
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Uninstalling the app removes local data only. Cloud data remains until account deletion is completed.

2. What data will be deleted

• Profile information (name, email, phone).
• App settings and preferences.
• Favourite locations and flight-log data.
• Cloud-sync data tied to your account.
• Community incident reports created by your account (these may be anonymised if shown to others).

3. What data may be retained

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google (legal and billing requirements).
• Aggregated analytics or crash logs that are not linked to your account.
• Data required to comply with legal obligations.

4. If you cannot access the app

Email uavdronepeak@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address used in the app, and your user ID if you know it.

5. Processing time

We typically complete deletion within 7 days. In some cases it may take up to 30 days.
